Bed Time Stories

We will begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, allowing us to arrive fully in the present moment, soften into our hearts, and set meaningful intentions for the journey ahead. Through the warmth of cacao and the power of intention, we will create space to listen to what our hearts have been asking us to acknowledge, nurture, and release.

After setting our intentions with cacao, we will journey deeper through guided breathwork, allowing each breath to become an invitation to turn inward. You will be gently guided to connect with the rhythm of your breathing, notice the sensations moving through your body, and bring awareness to emotions, thoughts, and feelings that may have been waiting for your attention.

As your breath deepens, live sound healing instruments will weave through the experience, surrounding you with resonant vibrations from singing bowls, gongs, and other sacred instruments. The sounds will rise and soften around…
