Desert Frequencies

Let's Journey beneath the noise of everyday life and into the wisdom of your own being.

We will begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, creating space to set intentions, arrive in the present moment, and connect with ourselves and one another. From there, we will move into a somatic sound experience featuring Tibetan singing bowls, gong, flute, drum, and shakers.

Through vibration, breath, movement, and intentional presence, you are invited to explore what lives within, soften into your body, and make room for whatever is ready to be felt. There is no right way to experience this journey only an opportunity to honor where you are, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and gently find your way back home to yourself.
