✨ Somatic Sound Journey ✨

Join us for an evening of deep grounding, connection, and intentional healing through sound, breath, and presence. We will begin the journey by opening our hearts together over a warm cup of heartfelt tea before gently moving into a somatic sound experience designed to calm the nervous system and reconnect you to self.

Throughout the evening, you will be immersed in the healing vibrations of drums, Native American flute, and other indigenous instruments, creating a sacred atmosphere for reflection, release, and restoration. To close our time together, the space and audience will be offered a light smoke cleanse with loving intention.
