Sturgeon Moon sound and Movement Experience

Join us beneath the powerful energy of August’s Full Moon for an evening of movement, mindfulness, and deep restoration.

Traditionally known as the Sturgeon Moon, August’s Full Moon symbolizes abundance, resilience, and honoring the growth that comes through life’s challenges. In many spiritual traditions, the Full Moon is a time to reflect, release what no longer serves you, and create space for new intentions and renewed energy.

We’ll begin our evening with a warm herbal tea ceremony, creating an opportunity to slow down, arrive fully in the present moment, and set a personal intention for your practice. From there, you’ll be guided through gentle, grounding movement and mindful breathing exercises designed to release tension, regulate the nervous system, and prepare the body to receive the healing vibrations of sound.
