Join us for a deeply intentional and restorative 60-minute yoga experience designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect.

This relaxing restorative yoga class, led by Ron, will guide you through gentle and nourishing postures thoughtfully curated to promote deep relaxation and release tension from the body. Each pose is fully supported with props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks, allowing you to effortlessly sink in and feel held in comfort and ease.
