Sacred Reset Sound Bath is for those seeking guidance, inner wisdom, clarity, or support. This experience is designed to help you turn inward, connect with your intuition, and uncover parts of yourself that may be hidden beneath the surface. You will be welcomed with a gentle smoke cleansing to clear and ground your energy. We will then transition into a brief consultation, creating space to explore where you are on your journey and what your mind, body, and spirit are calling for. This allows each session to be intentionally tailored to your unique needs. Next, you’ll be guided through a grounding and intention-setting ritual, inviting presence, clarity, and openness as you prepare for the experience ahead. You will then be immersed in a deeply restorative sound bath, where healing frequencies and vibrations help calm the nervous system, release stagnant energy, and restore a sense of balance and harmony. The natural frequencies of the healing instruments are intentionally selected to support energetic alignment and encourage your body to return to its natural state of balance. We conclude with an intentional closing ritual to help you integrate your experience, ground any insights received, and carry the shifts you've created into your daily life.
