Take a journey into a deeply personalized healing experience designed to realign your energy, restore balance, and reconnect you with your inner truth. Sacred Reset Sound Bath 1:1 is an intimate, one-on-one journey created to meet you exactly where you are gently guiding you back to center. We begin with a traditional smoke cleanse, referred to as a limpia. We then transition into a brief consultation, allowing space to explore where you are in your journey and what your mind, body, and spirit are calling for. You’ll then be welcomed into a grounding and intention-setting ritual, inviting presence, clarity, and openness as you prepare for the experience ahead. From there, we move into a gentle space cleansing, clearing the energetic environment to create a safe, supportive space for your reset. Light seated movement may be incorporated (depending on your needs) to help awaken the body, release tension, and open energetic pathways You will then be guided into a deeply immersive sound bath, where healing frequencies and vibrations work to calm the nervous system, clear stagnant energy, and bring you into a state of harmony. The experience is designed to nurture, restore, and reconnect you to your creative and emotional center. We close with an intentional ritual, grounding your experience and helping you integrate the shifts, leaving you feeling centered, renewed, and aligned.
